License Acquisition
If you want to experience VCA's features before purchasing, you can apply for a trial directly in the software without registering a VCA Cloud account.
- How to Obtain:
- Download and install the Host software from official channels.
- After starting the Host software, you can choose to apply for a trial license according to the interface prompts. During this process, you need to provide your email address to receive trial activation information.
- Instructions for Use: After successfully applying for and activating the trial license, you can experience all the features of the applied version during the trial period. Trial users can directly refer to the "" and "" sections in this document for configuration and use.
- Trial Period: Each Host device can apply for a 30-day trial license once. It is recommended to apply for the VCA Max full-featured version to experience all the features.
For long-term and formal use, VCA adopts a subscription-based licensing model.

- After logging into your account, you can choose VCA, VCA Pro, or VCA Max versions for subscription according to your needs.
- We offer flexible subscription periods. You can choose monthly subscription or annual subscription. Annual subscriptions will enjoy certain price discounts.
- After completing the purchase, your VCA Cloud account will be granted the corresponding license authorization.
- Issue the license to the Host to activate the software and start formal use.
