1. Definitions
"VCA Software": Refers to VCA (Video Conference Assistant) and all its versions (including VCA, VCA Pro, VCA Max) software, including the Host and Controller, and any related updates, upgrades, and documentation.
"VCA Cloud Service": Refers to the cloud-based management service provided by VCA, allowing users to remotely manage VCA Host devices.
"User": Refers to an individual or organization that uses VCA Software.
"License": Refers to the credentials purchased by the user to activate VCA Software and use all or part of its functions.
"Trial Version": Refers to the free trial version provided by VCA, allowing users to experience the functions of VCA Software for a limited time.
"BYOM": Refers to Bring Your Own Meeting, which means users access the meeting with their own devices.
2. Services
VCA Software provides the following core functions (specific functions may vary depending on the version):
Rapid switching of video conferencing systems
Meeting room calendar integration
Virtual keyboard and mouse
Wireless screen sharing
Wireless BYOM
VCA Cloud service (free for up to 3 devices)
VCA Cloud Service provides remote management functions for VCA Host devices, including device monitoring and remote restart.
The specific functions, services, and support of VCA Software shall be subject to the actual purchased version and specific instructions.
3. License and Use
Users must purchase a valid license to use all or part of the functions of VCA Software.
Users shall not transfer, copy, sell, or otherwise provide the license to a third party.
Trial version users enjoy a 30-day free trial period of VCA Software. After the trial period, a formal license must be purchased to continue using it.
Users shall not modify, reverse compile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of VCA Software.
Users shall not use VCA Software for any illegal or improper activities.
Users shall comply with local and relevant laws and regulations when using this software.
4. Account Registration and Management
Users need to register an account when using the VCA Cloud Service.
Users are responsible for protecting their account information and preventing disclosure.
If a user discovers that their account has been stolen or there is a security risk, they should notify VCA immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
All ownership and intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks) of VCA Software belong to VCA.
Users shall not infringe VCA's intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copying, modifying, or disseminating VCA Software or related content.
6. Privacy Policy
VCA will collect and use user information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users can view the details of the Privacy Policy on the VCA website.
VCA is committed to protecting user privacy and will not disclose user information to third parties.
7. Disclaimer
VCA Software is provided "as is" and does not guarantee that its functions will fully meet all user requirements.
VCA is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of VCA Software.
VCA Cloud service may be interrupted due to network or server problems. VCA is not responsible for this.
8. Termination of Service
If a user violates these Terms of Service, VCA has the right to terminate their right to use VCA Software.
VCA may terminate the service of VCA Software for its own reasons after notifying the user in advance.
9. Modification of Terms of Service
VCA has the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time and publish the latest version on the VCA website.
Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Service. If users do not agree to the modified terms, they should stop using VCA Software.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the place where the user is located.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, it should be submitted to a people's court with jurisdiction for litigation.
Changes
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
