What are the different versions of VCA? What are the differences between them?
VCA offers three versions: VCA (Basic), VCA Pro, and VCA Max. VCA Basic provides multi-platform quick switching and VCA Cloud remote management capabilities. VCA Pro, in addition to VCA Basic features, includes room calendar integration, virtual keyboard and mouse.
Does VCA Cloud service require a separate fee?
VCA Cloud is a value-added service. It is free when there are 3 or fewer host devices in your account. For accounts with more than 3 host devices, additional fees will apply.
Does VCA offer a free trial?
Yes. VCA offers a one-month free trial. No credit card is required to start.
What happens if I don't want to purchase after the trial period?
After the trial period, if you do not purchase a formal license, you will no longer be able to use all the features of VCA. However, you do not have to pay anything or perform any operations.
Is the VCA license a one-time purchase or a subscription?
VCA is a subscription-based software; you will need to renew your subscription regularly to continue using VCA Software.
